缺血性脑卒中患者C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原和神经元特异性烯醇酶的动态变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨缺血性脑梗死患者不同病变时期血中C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)的变化与缺血性脑卒中关系。方法:临床确诊缺血性脑卒中患者69例,分别检测缺血性脑卒中患者不同病变时期的C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、NSE的浓度,选择20例门诊健康体检者作为正常对照组。结果:缺血性脑卒中患者的C反应蛋白:急性期为(17.28±3.82)mg/L;亚急性期为(11.55±1.95)mg/L;恢复期为(7.10±1.30)mg/L。与正常值(4.65±1.39)mg/L相比差异均有显著意义(t=12.717~2.5382,P<0.05或0.01)。纤维蛋白原急性期,亚急性期和恢复期分别为(4.62±0.61),(4.09±0.62),(3.21±0.65)mg/L,与正常值(2.26±0.22)mg/L比差异有显著性意义(t=2.3602~1.8244,P均<0.01)。NSE急性期是(22.27±5.69)mg/L;亚急性期是(13.62±2.74)mg/L;恢复期为(9.16±1.44)mg/L,与正常组(3.08±1.51)mg/L比较差异也均有显著性意义(t=19.1844~6.0735,P<0.01)。随着病程的发展,从急性期到亚急性期以及恢复期,C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、NSE的浓度均有明显的下降(F=12.042~3.322,P<0.05)。结论:随着病情的进展,C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、NSE存在着动态变化,病情好转,三者的浓度明显下降,呈正相关。 AIM:To observe the changes of the contents of C reactive protein(CRP),neuron specific enolase(NSE) and fibrinogen(FIB) in the patients with ischemic stroke,and to investigate their relation with ischemic stroke. METHODS:The contents of CRP NSE and FIB at different lesion stage were measured in 69 patients with finial diagnosis of ischemic stroke in clinic and 20 healthy controls. RESULTS:In the patients with ischemic stroke, the content of CRP was(17.28±3.82) mg/L at acute stage,(11.55±1.95) mg/L at subacute stage and(7.10±1.30) mg/L at recovery stage, significantly different from that in the control group[(1.65±1.39) mg/L]respectively (t=12.717-2.5382,P< 0.05 or 0.01);the contents of FIB were(4.62±0.61),( 4.09±0.62) and( 3.21±0.65) mg/L respectively,with significant difference from that in the control group[(2.26±0.22) mg/L](t=2.360 2-1.824 4,P< 0.01);the contents of NSE were(22.27±5.69),(13.62±2.74) and( 9.16±1.44) mg/L respectively, also with significant difference from that in the control group[(3.08±1.51) mg/L](t=19.184 4-6.073 5,P< 0.01).The contents of CRP, FIB and NSE were all decreased significantly from acute stage to recovery stage(F=12.042-3.322,P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:With the development of disease,dynamic chages esxist in the comtents of CRP,FIB and NSE,and the obvious decrease of them is positively correlated with the improvement of disease.
