摘要
目的探讨氯氮平联合阿立哌唑在精神分裂症患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月至2022年1月内蒙古自治区第三医院收治的78例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为比照组和研究组,各39例。比照组实施氯氮平联合利培酮治疗,研究组实施氯氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗,比较和分析两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)测评值、糖脂代谢指标的变化和并发症发生率。结果研究组阳性/阴性症状得分、一般精神病理和总分低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的糖脂代谢指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖均低于本组治疗前,且研究组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖均低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症采用氯氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗,对患者的糖脂代谢的影响最小,可保持在相对稳定的状态,临床效果显著,并发症较少,临床普及价值极高。
Objective To investigate the appliction effect of Clozapine and Aripiprazole in schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 78 schizophrenic patients admitted to the Third Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from November 2018 to January 2022 were selected as research objects,they were divided into control group and study group according to lottery method.The control group was treated with Clozapine and Risperidone,and the study group was treated with Clozapine and Aripiprazole.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),the metabolic indexes of glucose and lipid and the incidence of complications were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The scores of positive and negative symptoms,general psychopathology and total scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the indexes of glucose and lipid metabolism between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and fasting blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of schizophrenia with Clozapine combined with Aripiprazole has minimal effect on the glucose and lipid metabolism of patients,which can be maintained in a relatively stable state,with significant clinical effect,fewer complications and high clinical popularization value.
