摘要
指出了传统交通需求预测方法的不足,分析了交通与土地利用的本质以及交通需求与土地利用之间的内在联系,建立了土地利用与交通需求生成的相关关系模型,简化了传统方法的预测过程,并以咸宁为例,根据土地利用情况直接进行交通需求预测,较好反映了咸宁的交通需求情况,为把土地利用规划和交通规划相结合提供了一种思路.
The shortages of the traditional method for forecastingthe traffic demand are pointed out. The essence of the transportation, landuse and the inherent relationship between the transportation and land use are described. The relation model of land use between the traffic demand is established. The process of the traditional method is simplified. Taking Xianning city as the example, the traffic demand is directly forecasted according to the circumstance ofland use, which reflects the traffic demand preferably. A way of combining landuse planning with traffic planning is provided.
