摘要
辅导员“专业化”是促进辅导员发展、提高高校学生思想政治工作实效性的有效途径。应该从实施聘任制、明确岗位职责、健全教育培训体系、加强考核和激励、规范队伍建设、建立专门的管理机构、开展理论研究、开设辅导员专业等方面,探讨如何实现政治辅导员的“专业化”。
The 'specialization' of political instructors is an effective way t o promote the development of the instructors and raise the efficiency of ideolog ical and political work among college students.To accomplish the 'specializati on' of political instructors,we should concentrate on the following aspects:imple menting the system of appointment;having a clear-cut post responsibility; impr oving the education and training system;tightening assessment and incentive;stan dardizing contingent building;establishing a special management organization;car rying out theoretical reseach;etc.
