摘要
政治辅导员队伍是高校思想政治教育的骨干力量。由于在选拔任用时专业化程度不高,人员配置不足,职责不明确,辅导员虽付出大量艰辛劳动但往往地位受到轻视,诸多因素造成辅导员队伍“非职业化”。从健全职务评价体系,统一管理,明确职责,合理使用以及加强培训等方面入手,加强辅导员队伍的“职业化”建设,培育一批学生工作“专家型”的辅导员,对进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治教育工作意义重大。
The team of political tutors is the backbone in the ideological and political education in university. Because of lowness of specialization, deficiency of allocation of human resources and ambiguity of responsibility, political tutors always get low reputation although they work hard. Factors above lead to a ＂non - professional＂ team of political tutors. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen professionalization construction of the team of political tutors through a normative evaluation system, unified administration, rational use and constant cultivation.
