摘要
美国高校学生事务管理先后在“替代父母制”、“学生人事工作”、“学生服务”和“学生发展”理论影响下 ,在 2 0世纪完成了专业化的历程。学生事务管理专业化 ,以学生事务及其管理在高等教育中具有相对独立的地位、专门设置的机构、职业化的工作岗位和专业化的管理人员等为标志特征。学生事务和学术事务紧密联系共同致力于“学生学习” ,是美国高校学生事务管理发展的新动向。
In the 20th century, American college student affairs administration had gone through their road of specialization under the influence of the theories of in loco parentis, student personnel work, student services and student development. The specialization of student affairs administration is characterized by its relatively independent position, specially set organs, professional post and specialized management personnel. The combination of the students affairs and the academic affairs is a new trend of development in the student affairs administration in American universities.
