摘要
虚拟企业的出现是新经济条件下的必然结果。它包括虚拟生产、虚拟开发、虚拟销售和虚拟管理四种模式。在新经济条件下,技术更新速度加快,企业竞争空前激烈,企业单枪匹马地参与竞争收益有限,风险无限。虚拟企业通过准一体化的形式发挥企业和市场的优势,充分利用企业自身的优势资源,开发企业外部资源共同获益。从我国企业组织发展实践来看,虚拟企业运作模式应当受到重视,因而企业应当注重核心竞争力的提高,精简机构,实施R&D战略,拓宽企业销售渠道。
Virtual enterprise is a necessary result under the new economy. It includes virtual production, virtual exploitation, virtual distribution and virtual management. It exerts the superiority of enterprise and market, uses superiority resource of enterprise, and exploits outside resource to obtain profits. Based on the reality of enterprise organization in China, more importance should be attached to virtual enterprise operation model. Enterprises should pay attention to the elevation of core competitiveness, form efficient organizational framework, implement R&D strategy and open up enterprise sales distribution channel.
