摘要
经济全球化的发展 ,知识经济的兴起和信息技术的进步 ,促使越来越多跨国公司的研究与开发 (R&D)实行全球化战略。本文主要分析了跨国公司全球R&D战略的表现形式及其成因 。
The development of global economy,the rise of intellectual economy and the advancement of information technology make more and more multinational corporation carry out global research and development strategy. This paper mainly explores the expression and its origin of Multinational Corporations research and development strategy and proposes suggestions for Chinese multinational corporations to strengthen research and development advantages.
