The virtual enterprise is a kind of new collaborative mode,and it can fit the changeable market environment. The virtual enterprise is made up of two or more enterprises, and it is a temporary organization. When the goal is attained, the organization will break down. If the virtual enterprise is performed successfully, the members will attain more benefit. But there are a lot of risk during running the virtual enterprise, so this paper will put forward virtual enterprise life cycle system management to reduce risk.
