摘要
本文在探讨矿业权的权利属性及其物权化的法理基础上,分析了我国矿业权物权化的成效及其不足,提出了进一步完善我国矿业权的基本思路。
On the basis of discussing the attribute of the mining rights and the legal principle of the property right, the paper analyses the effects and defects of the property ownership of the mining right and puts forward some basic approaches to perfect the mining right of our country.
