摘要
通过三种常用抗氧化体外模型试验对试验制得的麦胚黄酮的抗氧化功能性质进行验证。结果显示:麦胚黄酮具有抗氧化活性和 OH自由基清除能力。对 OH自由基清除率为44.8%～78%。
Through three normal antioxidant model out of bodies, the antioxidant ability of flavonoids of wheat germ was confirmed by the experiment. The results showed that the antioxidant and OH free radical scavenging activities were detected in flavonoids of wheat germ, with OH scavenging ratio from 44.8% to 78.6%.
