摘要
介绍了一种测试晶体管基区电阻rbb的方法 ,得出了晶体管电流放大系数 β值不同rbb值不同的结论 。
A method for testing base resistance of transistor is introduced. A conclusion is drawn that the r bb is changed with β value of current amplification coefficient of transistor. The calculating formula for r be is corrected.
