摘要
通过使用不同类型的球化剂、孕育剂对铸态铁素体和珠光体混合基硅钼球墨铸铁进行试验研究,实验通过选用高效的球化剂和孕育剂,并在大量的实验基础上,得出了最佳的化学成分、球化孕育处理工艺、浇注工艺及合理的冷却速度等实验参数,获得了球化率在85%以上,抗拉强度σb≥500(N/mm2)、珠光体含量≤5%、碳化物≤1%及延伸率≥18%的高性能硅钼球墨铸铁。
In this papper, as-cast ferrite and pearlite mixed-matrix Si-Mo ductile iron was studied by using different types of nodulizer and inoculant. On the foundation of the great deal of experiment, we obtained the experiment parameters of the best composition, nodularizing and inoculating treatment process, pouring process and the rational cooling rate etc. The ductile iron has been made, which has the tensile strength(σb )of above 500 N/mm^2 and the mass fractions of the pearlite 〈 5%, carbide 〈 1% and the elongation 〉 15 %, by using the good nodulizer and inoculant.
