胆固醇-β-环糊精包合物释放胆固醇工艺流程的确定 被引量:1

摘要 对胆固醇-β-环糊精包合物释放胆固醇的几种工艺流程进行了对比,得到了较优的工艺流程。结果表明,经过均质、趁热过滤、热乙醇洗涤等工序,胆固醇释放率得到明显提高。最佳工艺流程Ⅴ不仅得到较高的胆固醇释放率,而且提高了试验数据的稳定性。 A procedure was optimized by means of comparison of several procedures for releasing cholesterol from the inclusion compound and β-cyclodextrin. The result indicated that the releasing rate of cholesterol had been improved obviously after filtrating while hot and homogenizing. The higher releasing rate of cholesterol was gained, and the stability of experimental data was improved in the optimum procedure.
