摘要
从系统科学和系统自组织理论角度,揭示出可持续发展是社会经济系统发展演化的序参量,满足序参量的基本属性,并支配着社会经济系统的进一步演化;分析研究了区域复合系统可持续发展中的协同机制与协同效应,建构了协同管理的概念模型,揭示出协同管理在区域复合系统实现可持续发展中的重要作用。
From the point of view of systems science and the theories of self-organization, the author reveals that 'sustainable development' is the order parameter of the social economy system as the proceeding of its development and evolution, possesses all the properties of order parameter and governs the further development of the social economy system as well. The synergetic mechanism and effect in regional composite system's sustainable development is analyzed and the conceptual model of synergetic management is raised and created. It is revealed that the synergetic management has the important role in sustainable development of a regional composite system.
