摘要
本文用系统科学的基本原理和方法，分析探讨了科学技术与管理科学发展演化的正反馈耦合关联，揭示了科学技术和管理的社会生产力属性，研究了科学技术与管理的协同关联机制及其对推动经济增长和社会发展的重要作用。
With the basic principles and methods of system sciences, this paper analyzes the positive feedback interrelationship of the development of science ＆technology and management sciences, reveals the productive forces′properties of science ＆technology and management, and researches into the mechanism of synergetic interrelation between science ＆technology and management as well as the important role of this mechanism in propelling economic growth and system development of social economy.
