摘要
简要地概述了可持续发展理论研究的生态学、经济学和社会学方向。用系统学原理 ,在理论上 ,把可持续发展的内涵解析为内部具有严格逻辑关系的五个子系统 ,即生存支持系统、发展支持系统、环境支持系统、社会支持系统和智力支持系统 ,并对每一个子系统进行论述 ;在实践上 ,设计了“五级叠加 ,逐层收敛 ,规范权重 ,统一排序”的系统学指标体系 。
The paper provides a brief summary of the research on sustainable development theory in three dimensions:ecology, economics and sociology. By employing the principles of systems science, the authors make an effort to give a theoretical interpretation of the connotation of sustainable development into five subsystems that are correlated closely in logic, i.e.the Life Support System, the Development Support System, the Environmental Support System, the Social Support System and the Intelligent Support System, each of which is discussed in full detail. In practice, an index system is put forward from the perspective of system science in order to represent and assess regional sustainable development capacity. The indexes are characterized by “five level superposition, gradual convergence, standard weight and uniform sequence”.
