心电图运动试验收缩压恢复比诊断冠心病 被引量:1

摘要 运动心电图试验中以ST段缺血型改变作为诊断冠心病的主要标准,其平均敏感性和特异性在70%左右,相对较低,而且易受药物、基础心电图、其他心脏病变的影响。研究表明,冠心病患者运动试验中收缩压反应异常,即运动时收缩压下降或异常升高,运动后恢复延迟或反常升高。
