心电图运动试验收缩压恢复比对冠心病的诊断意义

摘要 目的探讨心电图运动试验收缩压恢复比对冠心病的诊断价值。方法对照观察32例冠状动脉造影确诊为冠状动脉至少一支狭窄≥50%的冠心病组和25例冠状动脉造影正常者的对照组心电图运动试验恢复早期(3min时)收缩压与运动高峰时收缩压之比,即收缩压恢复比。结果冠心病组运动后3min收缩压明显高于对照组[(155±24)比(139±20)mmHg,P<0.01]。冠心病组心电图运动试验收缩压恢复比明显高于对照组(0.8906±0.125比0.7900±0.105,P<0.005)。ST段明显压低者,收缩压恢复比升高更显著。结论运动试验收缩压恢复比对冠心病具有诊断意义。
