摘要
海藻糖是一种非还原性二糖 ,其所具有的非特异性保护功能引起各国科学家的高度重视和深入研究。本文综述了海藻糖的结构、理化性质。
Trehalose is a non_reducing disaccharide of glucose.Its peculiar biochemical function cause many scientists' attention.Its structure,physical and chemical property,hypothesis of mechanism,application and methods of producing are presented in detail in this review.
