摘要
用高效液相色谱法对不同产地的连翘叶、老翘、青翘中的连翘苷含量进行测定.结果表明:连翘叶中连翘苷含量比老翘高40倍以上,比青翘中连翘苷含量高2～4倍左右,不同产地的连翘叶、老翘及青翘中连翘苷的含量也有较明显的差别.
The content of phillyrin in Green Fructus forsythiae,Ripe Fructus forsythiae and leaves of forsythia ( Forsythia suspensa ) from different regions was assyed by HPLC method.The results showed that the content of phyllirin in leaves of forsythia was as 40 times as that in the Ripe Fructus forsythiae,and about as 2~4 times as that in Green Fructus forsythiae.There was significant difference in the content of phillyrin in Green Fructus forsythiae,Ripe Fructus forsythiae and leaves of forsythia in different regions.
