摘要
对近年发表的关于中药连翘化学成分和分析方法的文献进行了归纳和总结。从连翘中分离得到的化合物种类有苯乙醇及其苷、C6-C2天然醇、木质素,黄酮、五环三萜和生物碱等;对连翘的分析方法学研究主要集中在薄层色谱法、液相色谱法、气相-质谱联用法和分子生物学等方面。因此,连翘作为传统中药,具有广阔的研究和开发前景。
This paper surveys the chemical constituents and analysis method of Forsythia suspense. Its chemical constituents include phenylethanoid glucosides , C6-C2 natural alcohols, lignans, flavonoids, terpenoids, alkaloids, etc. Its analysis method covers TLC, HPLC, GC-MS and molecular biology methods. Forsythia suspense, a Chinese traditional medition, will therefore have wide research and development prospect
