摘要
研究了不同配方营养液对南天竹幼苗生长的影响。结果表明 :不同处理均能有效地提高南天竹幼苗的生长速度 ,硝酸还原酶活性 ,叶绿素含量 ,脯氨酸含量 ,根系活力和叶片含水量 ;处理A和B在提高植物抗逆性方面优于处理C、CK ;
Heavenly bamboo seedling was treated with different nutrient solutions and the results showed that it was impossible to increase the growing speed of heavenly bamboo seedling the activity of nitrate reductase and root tip, the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and protein and the water contents of leaf after stressing through the different treatments. The treatment B can distinctively increase the contents of chlorophyll, the activity of nitrate reductase and root tip and the water contents of leaf. However, treatment A and treatment B were similar in the increase of the contents of protein. Those were better than treatment C and CK.The treatment B was best among the four treatments.
