摘要
为水培椒草的生产与应用提供理论依据,研究了霍格兰氏(A)、基本营养液(B)和改良斯泰耐(C)不同营养液配方及浓度对椒草根形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:霍格兰氏营养液配方中处理3,即硝酸钙〔Ca(NO3)2.4H2O〕236.3mg/L,硝酸钾(KNO3)151.8mg/L,磷酸二氢铵(NH4H2PO4)28.8m/L,硫酸镁(MgSO4.7H2O)123.3mg/L,对椒草的综合效果最好。
The influences of Hoagland' s nutrient solution, basic nutrient solution and improved Sitainai formula and their concentrations on P. tetraphylla root morphology and physiological index were studied to provide a theoretical reference for production and application of hydroponic P. tetraphylla. The results showed that the optimum nutrient solution for P. tetraphylla was the formula of Ca(NO3)2 · 4H2O 236.3 mg/L,KNOa 151.8 mg/L,NHaH2PO4 28.8 mg/L and MgSO4· 7H2O 123.3 mg/L.
