摘要
目的 探讨输尿管镜技术的常见并发症及其原因 ,预防和减少并发症的发生。方法 对我院从 1997年1月至 2 0 0 3年 6月所做的 610例输尿管镜技术处理输尿管疾病所发生的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果 术中输尿管穿孔 3 8例 ,输尿管粘膜下假道 2 2例 ,出血 2 3例 ,输尿管粘膜撕脱 1例 ,取石钳钳嘴断裂 1例 ,术后肾绞痛发作 49例 ,感染发热 12例 ,输尿管口狭窄 3例。结论 熟练的技术操作及严格掌握手术适应症是减少输尿管镜技术并发症的关键。
Objective To study the cause of common complication of ureteroscopy and discuss how to prevent and reduce it.Methods 610 patients of ureteroscopy(from January,1997 to June ,2003) were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of all the cases, 38 cases of ureterodialysis, 23 cases of ureterorrhagia, 22 cases of urethral submucosa pseudocanal and 3 cases of ureterostenosis were developed. 12 cases of post-operation infection, 49 cases of post-operation nephrocolic occurred. One case of ureteral mucosa evulsion and clamp broken in uretera also took place.Conclusions The skilled operation and the strict grasp of indication is the key to reducing complication.
