摘要
目的：探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石临床疗效。方法：146例输尿管结石患者入院后均给予常规处理，采用气压弹道碎石机，在硬膜外阻滞麻醉下取结石。结果：146例输尿管结石患者中，成功取出结石共138例，8例不成功者包括3例结石上移至肾孟未完成手术，5例术后出现输尿管结石粉末残留。结论：输尿管镜直视下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石确切、安全、组织损伤小，清除彻底，并发症少，可作为输尿管结石的首选治疗方法。
Objective：Discussion ureter mirror barometric pressure trajectory crushed stone treatment ureterolithiasis clinical curative effect. Methods： After 146 example ureterolithiasis patient is hospitalized to give conventional processing, uses the barometric pressure trajectory stone crusher, hinders under the anaesthesia outside the hard membrane to take the stone. Results： In 146 example ureterolithiasis patient, the success takes out the stone altogether 138 examples,8 example upper dogs ＇do not move including 3 example stones on to the renal pelvis have not completed the surgery, after 5 example techniques appears the ureterolithiasis powder to remain. Conclusion： Under ureter mirror looking straight ahead the barometric pressure trajectory lithotrity treatment ureterolithiasis accurate, the security, the organization damage slightly,eliminates thoroughly, the complication are few,may take the ureterolithiasis the first choice method of treatment.
