摘要
目的 :提高输尿管镜的临床运用技术 ,分析输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的方法、适应症。方法 :回顾性分析 1 1 2例应用输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的临床资料。结果 :输尿管上、中、下段及输尿管石街结石一次碎石取尽率分别为 70 .8% (1 7/ 2 4 )、94 .7% (1 8/ 1 9)、96 .7% (5 9/ 6 1 )、83.3% (5 / 6 )。 3例中转开放手术 ,1例发生输尿管穿孔 ,5例发生输尿管粘膜下假道形成。结论 :输尿管镜气压弹道碎石用于治疗各段输尿管结石安全、有效 。
Objective:To improve the technology of using ureteroscopic,analyse the method and indication of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:112 cases of ureteral calculi treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy from Oct. 2002 to Feb.2004 were studied retrospectively.Result:The stone fragementation rate on the first treatment session was 70.8% (17/24) in the upper?94.7%(18/19) in the middle?96.7%(59/61) in the lower ureteral,and 83.3%(5/6) in the ureteral stone-street .Three sections changed into openning operation,The main complications were ureteral perforation in 1 case and ureteral shape taking under mucous membrane in 5.Conclusion:Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is safe and effective in treating every position of ureter calculus and is less invasive for the patients.
