摘要
在过去的半个世纪中 ,我国形成了一套特定的公共危机应急反应体系 ,这一应急反应管理体系有着特定的理论预设和行动逻辑 ,对此进行深入的分析是建构我国现代公共危机应急管理体系的逻辑前提。
In the past 50 years, it has formed a particular management system of emergent response to public crisis in China. This system has its particular theoretical supposition and movement logic. A deep analysis on it is the premise to build up the modern management system of emergent response to public crisis in China.
