摘要
本文研究了悬浮介质粘度对激光衍射仪测量红细胞变形性的影响,所得结果表明:(1)在一定切变率下(800s^(-1),480s^(-1))DI-η曲线的高粘度区与前人(如D.R.Morris等)一致,但低粘度区有一极小值。(2)即使在相同切应力下,DI-η曲线相当复杂,特别是在低切应力水平更是如此,但是当η≥15cP时,DI趋于定值。(3)利用红细胞在切变流场中旋转、取向与变形时间尺度上的明显差异,可以把红细胞旋转取向的贡献从变形中区分出来。实验结果表明,低粘度DI-η复杂行为主要起因于红细胞的旋转和取向。文中对实验观测到的现象进行了讨论。
<ABSTRACT>
Buffers with different viscosity (ranges from 0.89 to 94.64cp ) were
used as suspending media. Using Ektacytometric,we have measured defor-
mation index of rabbits red blood cells suspended in different buffers
under the same conditions (concentration of red blood cells: 2 ×107/ml,
pH = 7 .4, osmotic pressure = 295 mOsm/kg, temperature: 21 ±1°C ). Results
show that:
1. For the same shear rate (ranging from 0 to 800s-1 ), deformation
index (DI ) measured varies with the viscosity (η) of suspending medium.
Different from results of previous works (e.g, D.R Morris et al ), there
is a minimum DI on each DI-η curve, and the η(DI)min varies with im-
posed shear rate,and ranges from 2 to 6 cp. And DI will tend to be cons-
tant when η→∞(In fact that, DI≈seconstant, when η≥15cp ).
2. Even at the same shear stress level, DI also vary with η and the
behavior of DI-η curve with the same shear stress is rather complicated,
especially at low shear stress level. However,DI measured will tend to be
constant too, when η≥ 15cp.
The explanation and meaning of these.phenomena are discussed. Parti-
cularly, we have distinguished the contribution of small deformation for
DI from that of the orientation with PBS buffer.
