摘要
本文对膜片钳记录系统的背景噪声作了较全面的分析。系统噪声包括电子仪器噪声、封接噪声和电极噪声。仪器噪声有高频噪声等四种分量。作者提出了细胞膜与电极的封接阻抗的T型网络等效模型,分析指出,高阻(GΩ量级)封接的1/f噪声不可忽视。电极噪声有电极电阻噪声等三种分量,涂敷硅酮树脂(Sylgard)可以有效地降低电极噪声。
<ABSTRACT>
The background noises of patch clamp recording system are discussed
in detail. The system noise consists of electronic noise, seal noise and pi-
pette noise. The electronic noise has four noiseparts. The seal noise comse
from seal impedance. A seal-impedance model, Tnetwork model, is provi-
ded. In case of gigaseals, the 1/f noise from seal impedance could be an
important noise source. There are three components of the pipette noise,
which can be availably decreased by coating pipette with sylgard.
