摘要
针对PC-Ⅱ型膜片钳放大器每次实验前必须进行复杂的补偿电路参数调节的缺点,提出了一种快、慢电容自动补偿算法.通过对快、慢电容电流成分的分析,自动搜索最佳参数值,控制输出最佳补偿电流.仿真结果表明,该算法能迅速、有效地补偿快、慢电容电流.
To overcome the drawback of PC Ⅱ patch clamp amplifier that complicated adjustment of circuit parameters must be made every time before experiment, an algorithm to automate it is developed. Through the analysis of fast and slow capacitance transient currents, optimal parameter values are searched automatically and the optimal compensation current is sent out. Computer simulation shows that the algorithm can compensate capacitance currents readily and effectively.
