摘要
粉纹夜蛾(Trichoplusia ni)传代细胞系BTI-Tn5BI(简称5BI)在大肠杆菌的诱导下能够产生抗菌肽。通过电生理技术检测了5BI细胞分泌抗菌肽的分泌特性。实验表明:粉纹夜蛾传代细胞具有一定的可兴奋性,能够在瞬时细胞内钙浓度升高的刺激下产生分泌,且分泌的动力学特征可用双指数拟合,证明其分泌的钙依赖性。
The cultured TrichopLusia ni cells 5BI can secrete antibacterial peptides into the medium with heat killed Escherichia coil strain DH5α. Here, we study the exocytosis mechanisms of 5BI cell line using electrophysiology techniques patch clamp. We found 5BI ceils are excitable by the intracellular calcium stimulus. The cell membrane capacitance trace can be fit by double exponent, which indicated that the secretion of 5BI cell line were calcium-dependant.
