摘要
对荧光假单孢菌Pseudomonasfluorescence 5 96 3产脂肪酶条件进行了筛选。该菌株的最适产酶条件如下 (w/v) :1%淀粉作为碳源 ;2 %酵母抽提物作为氮源 ;0 0 3%Mg2 SO4·7H2 O ;0 2 %诱导物 ,水 1L ;pH 7 0 ;培养温度为 2 8℃。
The optimal lipase producing conditions of Pseudomonas fluorescence were screened out. The results were as followed( w/v ):1% starch as carbon source;2% yeast extract as nitrogen source;0 03% Mg 2SO 4·7H 2O,0 2% revulsant,pH 7.0,and 28 ℃.
