摘要
本资料对120例病程5年以上的精神分裂症患者(已婚52例、未婚56例、离婚12例),入院前半年的社会功能用GAS及SDSS量表进行了评定。发现已婚组GAS评分显著高于未婚及离婚组;SDSS评分,前组非常显著低于后两组。提示婚姻状况对精神分裂症的社会功能有一定的影响。
The social function of 120 cases of schizophrenics (52 married,56 single and 12 divorced ) who have suffered from the disease for more than 5 years was evaluated by global assessment scale (GAS) and social disability screening schedue (SDSS).It was found that the scores of GAS in the married group were higher than those in the single and divorced groups.It was also found that the scores of SDSS in the married group were lower than in other two groups.It was suggested that marital status should influence the social function of the patients with schizophrenia.
