摘要
目的探讨精神科病房实施开放式管理对提高病人治疗效果和出院后社会适应能力的效果及存在的问题。方法以我院3个精神病区开放式病房的105名病人为实验组,以同期封闭式病房的984名病人为对照组,比较两组的治疗效果,探讨在实施开放式管理过程中出现的护理问题及采取的做法。结果经过采取正确、有效的病房管理和安全管理,以及贯穿整个住院过程的心理护理和健康教育指导,开放式病房病人的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),意外事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),住院期间病人的服从性以及出院后病人的社会适应能力等方面都有明显提高,但仍存在安全隐患。结论精神科病房实施开放式管理效果较好,所采取的病房管理模式正确有效,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect and problems of open - ward management model in psychiatry department on the treatment effect and patients＇ social function after discharge from hospital. Methods The experiment group was 105 cases from three psychiatric wards with open - ward management model. The control group was 984 cases in the same hospitalized time with close - ward management model. The treatment effect were compared between the two groups and the problems in open - ward management model were analyzed. Results With effective ward management and safety management nieasures,psychological care and health education throughout the whole period of hospitalization, compared with the control group, the treatment effect in experinxent group with open - ward management model showed significant better （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,the incidence rate of accidents was lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and patients＇ compliance and social function after discharge were better. However, there were some potential safety problems in open - ward management model,which need comprehensive nursing management. Conclusion The open - ward management model in psychiatric department showed favorable effect, which was proved to be effective and worth to spreading.
