Computerized image analysis on the artery of internal auditory meatus

摘要 观察了71例,141耳正常人不同年龄组的内听道不同外径的动脉组织病理变化,并进行图象计算机分析.根据图象分析,统计学处理结果表明,血管管腔面积与截面积的比值,血管最大径和最小径,内径与外径的比值,随年龄增长有逐渐缩小的趋势;而外膜面积与截面积的比值侧相反,随年龄增长比值增加.神经滋养血管管腔变小,管壁增厚要比迷路动脉、耳蜗固有动脉变性早而且变化显著,甚至造成血管腔堵塞. The histopathological change ofinternal auditory meatus artery atdifferent age groups was examined on71 cases(141 ears).Using the comp-uterized image analysis technique,theresults obtained were as follows:①theinner diameters of internal auditoryarteries were gradually reduced withaging;②a progressive degenerationof arterial external layer,particula-rly the thickness of the tunica adve-ntitia was apparent;③the lumenof the smallest artery(vasa nervor-um)was narrow and the wall of theartery was thick,which occurred ata higher rate as compared with thelabyrinthine artery and the arteriacochlea propria.The smallest artery(vasa nervorum)was involved earlierand to a greater extent than the lar-ger ones.The lumen of the smallestartery might be completely oblitera-ted.
