摘要
利用计算机对30例正常人,30例声带疾患者的喉动态图像中的声带粘膜振动波幅进行量化分析。结果表明正常人的声带粘膜波波形规律、对称,波幅基本相同。与正常声带粘膜振幅比较,声带肥厚、息肉等病变,声带粘膜振动波幅为正常值的30~90%,而声带白斑、声带癌分别为15~20%和0~5%。提示声带粘膜振幅的改变与病变浸润程度有关,这对声带疾病的诊断及预后有重要意义。
The vibrating mucosal waves of vocal cord were quantitatively measured with the laryngostroboscopy and computer in 30 normal volunteers and 30 patients with vocal cord disorders. The result showed that in normal group, the mueosal waves were regular and symmetrical. Compared with normal volunteers, the amplitude in hypertrophic and polyp groups were 30~90%, 15~20% in leukoplakia and 0~5% in cancer respectively. The amplitude changed with the pathological severity. This is of importance for the diagnosis and prognosis of vocal cord disorders.
