摘要 本实验对豚鼠在卡那霉素(KM)致聋后和对照组进行了碳酸酐酶(CAH)组织化学活性研究,结合图象分析技术和听觉脑干反应(ABR)测试,观察豚鼠用KM后听力发生变化时耳蜗CAH的变化。探讨了耳蜗内、外毛细胞区及血管纹CAH的变化及其与听功能的关系。结果指示,KM所致听力损伤与耳蜗CAH的变化有关。 Abstract Histochemical assessment of CAH activities in KM treated guinea pig cocmea were studied with image analyzing technique and auditory brain stem response(ABR).The relationship of ABR threshold and the changes of CAH in the inner and outer hair cell regoins and stria vascuiaris were discussed.The resiuts suggested that the auditory damage of guinea pigs induced by KM was obviously correlated to changs of CAH in the cochlea.
