摘要
从生物力学角度观察了颅骨的胶原纤维分布及骨折断面的微观形态。骨折断面上有微骨折存在,主要沿骨板间走行,常绕过哈佛氏系统,表明骨板和哈佛氏系统均为重要力学单位。胶原纤维是骨板的框架,内,外环纤维及哈佛氏系统均在平行于骨表面的平面内多方向分布,使拱形的颅骨顶能承受更大外力。颅骨的夹层结构增强了对外力的缓冲作用,使其成为人脑天然有救的防护壳。本文还讨论了颅骨修补有关问题。
In this paper the microfeature of cranial fracture is examined by means of scanning electron microscopy. There are many microfractures around each fracture line and mostly the microfractures exist in lamellae and usually by pass the Haversian systems.which indicates that lamellae and Haversian systems are important mechanical units. As collagen fibers serve as the frameworks of lamellae, their arrangement must be closely related to cranial microfractures. It was found that both the inner and outer fibers and the Haversian systems run on a multi-oriented plane parallel to the cranial surface, which may account for the load-bearing capacity of the arched cranial bones.
