摘要
颅脑损伤是世界范围内的公共健康问题,它是引起死亡和残疾的主要原因之一。颅脑损伤多由交通事故引起。对颅脑损伤的生物力学的研究将有助于颅脑损伤的预防和治疗、建立准确头部数字模型、改善道路设计、加强交通安全及交通事故责任判断等。笔者现对颅脑损伤的力学性能和在交通事故中损伤的力学机制作一综述。
Brain injury has remained a major public health problem,which is also a leading cause of death and disability of the brain injury, and usually results from an avoidable accident, especially road traffic accidents (RTAS). The research of biomechanics on the brain injury is important for preventing and treating brain injuries, establishing accurate numerical model for head,improving road design,and enhacing vehicle safety,and so on. The authors have briefly discussed mechanics character of brain and the biomechanics of brain injury of the traffic accidents.
