摘要
在已知性别的50个颅骨上用灯光投照法找出脑颅部六处薄弱区(超声窗)。对超声窗作了定位统计.颅侧面最大的超声窗位于颞骨鳞部,其中心点位于外耳门前上缘上方2cm 偏前1cm 处.颅前面超声窗位于眶上壁.计算了其最佳探查角度.颅后面超声窗位于枕鳞部,其中心点约在枕外隆凸与乳突尖连线的中点处,稍偏外.观测了各超声窗的面积.借助测光表,估算了各超声窗的的厚度.讨论了临床应用要点.
Six thiner areas(ultrasonic win-dows)on skull were observed on 50skulls by light transparent method forthe purpose of ultrasonic diagnosis.The largest ultrasonic window on thelateral wall is located at squamouspart of the temporal bone.Its center is2cm above and 1cm anterior to the su-perior and anterior edge of the externalacoustic meatus.The ultrasonic wind-ow on the anterior aspect of skull islocated on superior wall of the orbi-tal cavity.The central point of thesquamooccipital ultrasonic window islocated at the midpoint of a line co-nnecting external occipital protubera-nce and mastoid process.The optimumangle to emit ultrasonic wave thro-ugh the window is calculated.The thi-ckness of the ultrasonic windows wasassessed in combination with their tr-ansparency.
