摘要
目的:观测颅底非孔裂薄弱区,为颅底骨折及颅内超声探查提供解剖学基础。方法:随机选取46个完好的成人颅底干燥标本,采用灯光投照法找出颅底薄弱区进行定位测量。结果:颅前窝薄弱区主要由筛骨水平板构成,测量其中心点位置及最佳超声探查角度,左侧(35±0.5)°,右侧(36±0.4)°。颅中窝薄弱区主要在颞骨鳞部和下颌窝的底处,前者中心点:左侧X轴(1.19±0.19)cm,Y轴(2.01±0.22)cm;右侧X轴(1.11±0.28)cm,Y轴(2.07±0.28)cm。颅后窝薄弱区主要在枕骨鳞部,其中心点距枕外隆突:左侧(4.28±0.18)cm;右侧(4.45±0.25)cm。中心点与枕外隆突间的连线和枕外隆突与枕骨大孔后缘中点间的连线之间的夹角:左侧(40.58±5.78)°;右侧(40.47±5.38)°。结论:对颅底非孔裂薄弱区中心点的准确定位和范围大小的测定,为颅底骨折及颅内超声探查提供科学依据。
Objectives:Through observing skull bottom non - hole crack weak area, to provide anatomy foundation for the ultrasonic investigation in the skull and bone fracture in the skull bottom. Methods: We randomly selected 46 complete adult skull bottom dry specimen, and discovered the skull bottom weak area by light transparent method to carry out the localization measurement. Results: The nest weak area of the anterior craninal fossa was mainly constituted by the ethmoid bone level board. The best angle to measure its central point position and carry out ultra sonic investigation was left side (35±0.5)°and right side(36 ± 0.4 )°. The nest weak area of the middle craninal fossa was mainly in temporal bony scale department and fossa mandibularis bottom place. The former central point was as following: left side X axis ( 1.19±0.19)cm, Y axis(2.01±0.22)cm; right X axis ( 1.11±0.28)cm, Y axis(2.07±0.28)cm.. The nest weak area of the posterior craninal fossa was mainly in squama ossis oecipitalis department. Its central point was apart from outside the pillow prosperous suddenly as left side (4.28±0.18 ) cm and right(4.45±0.25 ) cm. The angle between a line from the central point to the inion and a line from the inion to the back edge of foramen magnum was left side (40.58±5.78)°and right (40.47±5.38)°. Conclusions:Accurate localization and measurement of skull bottom non - hole crack weak area central point provides the scientific basis for the ultrasonic investigation in the skull and the skull bottom bone fracture.
