摘要 本文针对TCD在临床检测工作中经常碰到的形态学问题,利用31个经动脉灌注红色乳胶液的成人尸体头颅和54个成人颅骨,进行了应用解剖学研究。观察和测量了TCD窗壁的厚度、窗表至脑底动脉的距离、各窗至探测动脉的角度和脑底主要动脉干的外径等。根据观测结果,讨论了TCD窗口的选择、脑底各动脉的取样深度和探测角度、以及脑底动脉的多种变异对TCD检测的影响等,为临床开展TCD检测提供了国人形态学依据。 The aim of this article is to solve the problems of the morphology of cerebral arteries that often occurred in TCD’s clinical examimation. The specinens of 31 adult cadaver's heads perfused with red-latdx solution and 54 adult skulls were studied anatomically. We observed and examined the thickness of the ultrasonic window wall,the distance from surface of the window to the cerebral artery,the survey angle from every window to the cerebral artery and the diameter of major cerenbral artery trunks. From the results,we discussed the selection of tile ultrasonic window,the depth and survey angle of every cerebral artery,and the effect of variation of the cerebral artery circulus on TCD’s examination. The morphology of the cerebral artery in Chinese was demonstrated and that can used for development of TCD’s clinical examination.
