摘要
在24侧灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本和2侧新鲜截肢标本上,对腓骨上段的血供来源进行了应用解剖学研究.我们设计了以膝下外血管为蒂的成人腓骨上段移植术,已成功应用于临床.本文详细介绍了手术操作方法及其注意事项.
The applied anatomical investiga-tion of source of blood supply to theupper segment of fibula was carriedout on 24 sides of adult lower extre-mities perfused with red latex and on 2 sides of fresh amputated specimens.The transplantation of upper segmentof adult fibula pedicled with the late-ral inferior genicular vessels was de-signed,and has been successfully ap-plied in the clinic.The operative te-chnique was detailed in this paper.
