摘要
在24侧灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本和2侧新鲜截肢标本上,对腓骨上段的血供来源进行了观测,并设计了以膝下外血管为蒂的腓骨上段移植术,已成功应用于临床。本文详细介绍了膝下外血管蒂腓骨瓣的应用解剖、手术方法及其适用范围。
The applied anatomical investigation of blood supply to the upper segment of fibula was carried out on 24 sides of cadaver lower extremities perfused with red latex and 2 sides of fresh amputated limb.The transplantation of upper segment of adult fibula pedicled with the lateral inferior genicular vesseles was designed,and has been successfully applied in clinic.The operative method and indication were presented in this paper.
