摘要
自1980年以来,应用显微外科技术修复尺桡骨远端肿瘤切除后的骨缺损11例,取得良好效果。尺桡骨肿瘤切除后长段骨缺损,应选用腓血管蒂腓骨上段骨瓣移植;当成人骨缺损范围10cm 以内或儿童需带骨骺移植则以膝下外血管腓骨上段骨瓣为妥;当肿瘤已破坏腕骨,需同时行腕关节融合者,可选用带血管肩胛骨瓣移植。
Since 1980,11 cases have been performed through microsurgical technique for reparing bone de- fects resulted from tumor resection in ulnoradial distails in our department.The results have been en- couraging.The authors concluded that,upper fibular graft with the peroneal vessels is suitable for long bone defects in ulnoradial distails,Fibular graft with the genus inferior lateral vessels is the most suitable for short bone and epiphysis defects in ulnoradial distails.Scapular bone flap transplantation is suitable for such a condition that tumor in radial distails corrade carpale.
