摘要
从大白菜农家品种‘万泉青邦’中发现了显性不育基因Sp及其与显性上位可育基因Ms的互作规律,概括出大白菜细胞核基因互作雄性不育系应用模式。育成Sp、Ms基因互作甲型两用系AB158及乙型可育株系AB8102-1-7-1,并用其配制成功大白菜细胞核基因互作雄性不育系88-1A。88-1A具有稳定的100%不育株率和不育度,结实正常,其优良杂交种F_18801已大面积制种应用。
The dominant sterile gene Sp and interaction rule between Sp and epistatic dominant fertile gene Ms were detected in a lacal cultivar 'wanquan green stalk' of chinese cabbage.
Conclusion were obtained on the utilization model of interactive genie male sterile line of chines cabbage.
Type A of double purpose line AB158 and type B of fertile plants line A B8102-1-7-1 with interaction genes Sp and Ms were obtained. Thus, interactive genie male sterile line 88-lA was developed successfully. 88-lA fertile normally,and posesslboth the 100% of sterile plants rate and sterile degree constantly. Seed production of the hybrid F_1 8801 was carried out in a large scale.
