从牛乳活性成分的提取与应用、特异饲料转化牛乳、生物转化牛乳、转基因牛乳几个方面对国内外牛乳高端产品的现状进行了综述,并就其发展趋势进行了讨论。
General discussion is made about the current situation of the deep products of cow milk in the world, including the extraction and applying of active substances in cow milk, cow milk from special feed, products of cow milk biotransformation, cow milk of transgene, and the trend of deep products of cow milk is discussed.
