摘要
综述了近年来有关疫霉属植物病原真菌毒素的研究进展 ,对产毒的疫霉属真菌的种类和毒素的化学类别、产毒的培养条件、毒素的提取纯化与检测方法、毒素的致病机理。
The recent research progress on the toxin of the Phytophora de Bary of the Plant Pathogenic Fungus was reviewed.The fungus of the Phytophthora de Bary that could produce the toxin and the chemical classification of the toxin were outlined.The culture conditions,toxin extraction and purification,examine methods,and molecular genetics and application research were all simply reviewed.
