摘要
从具有典型病斑的福鼎芋叶片上分离得到芋疫病病菌(Phytophthora colocasiae Racib),对该病菌的菌丝生长及其产毒条件进行了初步研究。结果表明,V8果蔬培养基最适合疫霉菌生长。V8果蔬培养基在pH值为6.0,25℃光暗交替条件下连续振荡培养20 d产生的粗毒素毒性最强。
In order to screen the optimum conditions of toxin production of Phytophthora colocasiae Racib, the pathogen was isolated from typical spots of Fuding Taro leaves. The conditions of phytotoxin-producing capability was studied. Results showed that the optimal conditions were improved as: Vs liquid medium, cultured period 20 days, 25 ℃, pH 6.0, alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours, continuous shaking.
